I have very little knowledge about nutrients and macros. But what I do know is that I dirty bulked about a year ago and didn't get the results I was looking for. I bought the plan so I can get incite into better nutrition. I have seen the results of a well-maintained bulk and I want it for myself. I am putting 100% effort into this plan and will try to keep you informed of my progress through these reviews. I currently weigh 190 shooting for 210-215 for the end of bulk weight.
