Coming from thick af vegan meal plan, I love this cook book. The growth is apparent, although I still refer back to Thick AF, to this day to clean up my nutritional choices. I’ve done lots of personal research on the topics covered in the cook books as well and have never seen the info organized so beautifully as Fit N Fine. I think where this one outshines the rest for me personally is the ease of use and simplicity.. the individual exercises are the tried and true ones that actually give results.
