Honestly, I’ve done challenges before and have fallen off pretty quickly because they were too much of a time commitment and too complicated. I’m loving this challenge! It’s simple, straight forward but effective. I actually look forward to the workouts!

10/10!!! as the head of my house hold it’s been hard finding a routine to help me pour into myself while still being the provider. This helped me find balance while still getting some amazing glute pumps and Pilates is honestly chefs kiss on my body so far! It’s difficult but yet gentle on my 33 year old body

Just joining the March 2025 challenge today (it starts in 3 Days) before joining I looked at reviews of the book to see if I wanted to purchase it with the challenge. I did add it to my challenge purchase. I just looked over all the recipes and they are great can’t wait to make them and am glad I added the book to my cart (good mention: if you are Gluten Free no worries, great recipe book for you too). I appreciate your organization skills they make everything feel simple and exciting to apply!

I just purchased the cookbook, and let me just say i appreciate how simple these recipes are! I dont cook often because 1) idk what to cook 2) I don't feel like cooking. But this is going to be a game changer for me and my kids! So excited to try these recipes, especially for the challenge!

I love the workouts, they’re so easy to follow and I never get bored. My body is constantly on fire and the Pilates instructors voice is so calming, it’s like I’m doing a meditation. Thank You!

hello, I’m excited to change my eating habits. And follow a plan, what should I substitute as I am allergic to nuts/almonds and shrimp

Coming from thick af vegan meal plan, I love this cook book. The growth is apparent, although I still refer back to Thick AF, to this day to clean up my nutritional choices. I’ve done lots of personal research on the topics covered in the cook books as well and have never seen the info organized so beautifully as Fit N Fine. I love the flexibility of vegan/non-vegan options in one cookbook too.

Somethings I'm allergic to on the list but overall it's a lot of my favorite items I can still have.

Just went through the book and the layout makes it so easy to understand. Can’t wait to start making these as a daily meal and seeing progress.

I love the recipes in this book, single servings; no guess work. The food taste great, unlike other recipes I’ve tried were I’m starving eating food with no favor. I definitely recommend.

First of all, the layout give luxury, and CLASS! The recipes, their names, the photos of the food. The breakdown, and all the INFORMATION is EVERYTHING okay?! I’m new to my gym/nutrition journey. It’s crazy that you build your body in the kitchen! Like huh? This cookbook is beginner friendly af! I can’t wait to go grocery shopping tomorrow! I’m hungry right now lol! No but seriously, I feel so much more confident in my fitness/nutrition journey now that I have more direction. I’m so excited! Thanks for showing up for us girlies w this one Mo! You’re the one shorty! Never the two.

I have purchased numerous workout packages and I typically abandon them quickly.. I think where this one outshines the rest for me personally is the ease of use and simplicity.. the individual exercises are the tried and true ones that actually give results. They are demonstrated in very quick and easy to follow way… no fluff… I cannot say enough how perfect the simplicity yet effectiveness is…truly love… and looking forward to continuing it in my travels… Pilates perfect… the movements I did not know I needed.

I really haven’t been able to do any of the recipes but I have been making the smoothies and they are bomb ! My fav so far is the cinnamon bun one. I’m looking forward to making the pasta next week!

I would rate this program 2.5 stars if halves were allowed. I’m disappointed that every week is exactly the same—I expected some variety, at least every two weeks, to keep things engaging. The programming also feels off. Day 1 is lower body, Day 2 is full body but heavily focused on lower body again, and then Day 3 is lower body once more. That means you're hitting the same muscle groups three days in a row without proper recovery, which isn't ideal. On Day 3 specifically, there are Bulgarian split squats and reverse lunges programmed back to back—these movements are very similar in pattern, so doing both on the same day feels unnecessary and repetitive. I also found it odd that Monique posted herself doing reformer Pilates on a Pilates day, while participants are told to stick strictly to the program and not add anything extra. It’s confusing and sends mixed messages. Lastly, I really don’t like that we’re required to wear “cheeky” bottoms for the before-and-after photos to be considered for the prize. This excludes anyone who prefers to dress more modestly for personal or religious reasons, which feels unfair. Overall, I expected more from this program in terms of structure, variety, and inclusivity.
