This was my first program purchase and it was amazing! I really enjoyed having a community and how it was structured. 10/10 experience

I was so pleased with me experience doing Preseason with Court. The way all the women doing the challenge came together is unmatched and I can’t wait for the next session!!

I love the workout layout - consistent for the 6 weeks. For example Mondays were always heavy legs Tuesdays recovery etc so a plan that could be easily followed. I also loved how the workouts challenged me as I did things I’ve never attempted before. Only frustrating thing in the beginning was the fact the videos were not uploaded for a few days when the challenge already started. Hoping in the next season there aren’t any video hiccups.

Program was great per usual! I do wish however that things were uploaded in a timely manner and that there was more interactiveness/posts from her in the community. I also think the choice of some of the winners was a little biased given some people already do this (and train others to) for a living and/or couldn’t complete it fully. it seemed like being active in the community chat was a big factor. Nonetheless I enjoyed the program itself and have already purchased the second one
