This is probably the best program I have done. The length of time it takes is doable, the check ins (even-though I don’t) are helpful, I like seeing everyone else’s results, and the constant communication is perfect. My baby pouch is really just a food baby but I’m here anyway and it’s working. This was so affordable! I can’t imagine what I’d get if it were face-2-face training!! Sorry I’m not quite ready to give you a picture but trust me just do it!

So far all good. Worth it. Exercises really targeting the body zone it is designed for. Coach Roula is awesome and always respond so promptly.
In 2019, Coach Roula experienced one of the biggest journeys a woman’s body will ever go through – growing and birthing human life! After having her first baby, she was looking to regain strength and make time for herself and her baby boy. She has always been upfront about her postpartum body and the struggles that come with getting back to being fit and strong. She revealed how becoming a mother had reinforced her approach to exercise. To add to her accomplishments, she had a second triumph after the baby’s arrival, returning to the stage and winning first place again in the bikini competition, this time with her one-year-old baby boy. Now, she helps postpartum women at all stages transform their bodies, rebuild their strength, and take back their confidence.
