Carve the Curves - 6 Week Challenge

This experience was everything I expected and much more ! Yari was honestly the best at communicating! She always rooted and motivated us to keep going! Donā€™t get me wrong there was days I wanted to quit but I would see all the girls posting and it motivated me to keep going! From the workouts to the girly community it was an overall 10/10 for me! Thank you yari for helping me start my journey!

Carve the Curves - 6 Week Challenge

This challenge was the best thing that has ever happened to me!!! I will forever thank Yari for creating this challenge. A year ago I hurt my back at the gym with lifting with bad form which lead me to have a herniated disc and pinched nerve in my back that needed surgery but I chose not to go that route due to the fact how dangerous the surgery can beā€¦ I was out from the gym for a full year and did physical therapy which only helped a little and doctors said I would never be able to weight train again but yari gave me the motivation to give weight training a try again and get my dream body even if it was with light weights. 6 weeks later I am now able to lift weights without being scared of hurting myself all over again even though the pain my back is always there I have seen much of a difference in my body!!! I can lift moderately heavy weights again and that to me means so much especially being told I would never be able to go back to the gym. Lastly I lost 7 pounds and Iā€™ve never been happier, thank you yari ā¤ļø
