So far it's been a week but I really love the program. I love how I get to push myself and I feel motivated as well. The community helps a lot. Even tho it's been a week I already feel better about myself and feel energized. Can't wait to keep going!

I have been trying to eat well and work out but my weight hasnt budged an oz. But I am not worrying about that. I am sore, a good sore, and know things are working because now I feel it when where as I used to work out and not feel like I did anything. I cant wait to see what the next weeks bring!

I purchased this because it said it was gonna come with at home workouts. I don’t have a gym membership and I don’t have enough weights at home so I was looking forward for the challenge. Turned out there was no at home workouts, I did reach out to Tamara and she answered and said she was gonna post at home workouts this new coming week so I’m excited for that I hope she does post them cuz I’m trying to gain muscle and feel like a baddie again 😕

So far I’ve liked the workouts we’ve had, but I feel like the challenge itself has no structure. I wish there were warm ups stretches, cool down stretches, the ability change the workouts to a different spot, etc. it definitely need a little more work and thought process to it. But I am overall happy with the workouts itself.

The exercises are good I enjoy the demonstration videos and having a community posting their day/feelings. I wish Tamara would be more involved posting daily motivation or tips/tricks, and provide nutrition tips to help us stay on track and accountable.
