I found SoManti, aka Sam’s fitness program through my cousin who shared a challenge she was participating in during the pandemic. My fitness regimen prior to finding SoManti consisted primarily of doing all the cardio, which I despised. I am on my second year of renewing my subscription and I’m hooked.
