Muay Thai, the art of 8 limbs, demands strength across many athletic domains — endurance, explosive power, speed, agility, and resilience. This 6-week program combines endurance work, strength and conditioning, power-building exercises, and solo-friendly Muay Thai workouts to help you transform into the most well-rounded athlete and fighter possible. It follows a 5-day split that you can tailor around your current martial arts schedule or dive into as your first serious introduction to building a fighter’s strength.

Through the app, you’ll get access to every day’s workout plan, complete with video demos to ensure perfect form and track your progress with reps and weights for progressive overload. Liked the variety of exercises and the level of intensity. The Home substitutions were helpful since I no longer go to a gym. I got the program to shake up my own routine and to add a more functional and combative aspect back into my mix. I have a martial arts background so it's nice to incorporate the bagwork and weighted punches, something I already do but this gave me more consistency and structure.

Love the intensity of this workout and the combat aspect. Wish there was a little more weight-lifting emphasis on the chest and arms but I realize this is more focused on fight conditioning and not bodybuilding. It's a great all-around functional fitness routine. I can see myself repeating this workout several times beyond the 6 weeks. I'll sprinkle in my own weight-lifting days between these workout days.
