You'll experience a dynamic mix of strength training, high-intensity intervals, core workouts, and mobility routines, ideal for both at-home and gym settings. Get ready to challenge yourself and achieve results!
What to Expect:

Equipment Needed:
Light, Medium, and Heavy Dumbbells, Resistance Band, Kettlebells, Gliding Disks, Yoga Mat, Step, Chair or Bench, and Body Weight. Alternatives are provided if you don't have all the equipment!

I was looking for gym exercises that would help me shape and tone my body. There are hundreds of resources on the internet, and for someone who is a beginner, it might be overwhelming. Pauline is wonderful. However, the interface could be a bit better. 1st of all, it would be great to be able to download this on a laptop so you wouldn't have to look at a small cell phone screen. It would also be great if you could switch from one exercise to the other without having to "x" out and go back; like have an arrow to move to the next window. It would allow the workout to flow much better.

i really like the challenge, its really diverse every day. i would prefer for myself more exercises for building muscles rather than that 2 days of jumping ( as i don't like much cardio exercises). for cardio i prefer hiking. i prefer lifting and streching as i need muscles and skin tonus. But overall i enjoyed the first week and i look forward to next one 💪🏼
