One thing I loved was the videos. A lot of people that give out plans they don’t give you videos. They say do this how many times and you be like what’s an incline row dumbbells so now you have to go to YouTube. So the videos the Challenge the Experience was 10 out 10. I’m will be joining the next challenge . Thank you

Its a really good chalenge becaues they help you step by step in your progres

Hey trying to do the challenge today pay for my challenge Saturday under wife card Melissa langford put my email in but didn’t send me anything to start today???

Myrons a beast so I had to join. Only issue is the videos didn’t always match the exercise description and it might be confusing for new gym goers. Fortunately I’ve been at the gym for some time now

I had to buy the programme because myron is a beast. Only issue is the videos don’t always match the exercises and because I have been training for about 5 years now, I was able to adapt, a beginner might not be able to.

This program is definitely designed for both men and women. It will challenge you however I was able to keep up with all the workouts and I promise you I am so much stronger than before I joined. I am a 39 year full figured old new mom, which means if I can do this you can too. I hope he offers more programs like this because I am for sure going to join! Thank you I am forever grateful!
