This program is definitely designed for both men and women. It will challenge you however I was able to keep up with all the workouts and I promise you I am so much stronger than before I joined. I am a 39 year full figured old new mom, which means if I can do this you can too. I hope he offers more programs like this because I am for sure going to join! Thank you I am forever grateful!
