The unofficial start of summer begins Memorial Day Weekend, and I have just the challenge to prepare you for a Fit and Healthy Summer!

My Memorial Day Fitness Dash is designed to help you drop weight, tighten and tone, improve your nutrition, feel, move, and look your best!

The challenge consists of three workouts per week. The workouts combined strength training using your body weight and dumbbells in a HIIT-style format.
