For the next 12 weeks, I’ll be taking you through the exact workouts I DO weekly to grow my glutes. And I’m giving you the tools you need to do the same.
I’ve listened to all your feedback from 8 Week Hourglass Guide 1.0 and implemented it into this guide with a clearer vision and goal. If you follow me on social media, you’ll know my training style is SIMPLE & EFFECTIVE - nothing’s changing there but I’ve increased the length of the program but reduced the sessions to allow for more progress with longevity. Hourglass Guide 2.0 is a 12-week gym-based program with x4 sessions per week - we’ll be hitting glutes 2-3 times a week. Hourglass Guide 2.0 is a direct follow-on program from 1.0 therefore, it’s for an intermediate gym goer. If you’re new to strength training, I’d start with 8 Week Hourglass Guide first.
In addition to your 12-week glute guide, I’ve also included nutritional help, macro information, 10 of my favourite meal recipes to grow the glutes, an exercise library with form tips & a vocabulary glossary to ensure you get the best possible gains. Be sure to read through the entire program before you begin. Working out only equates to 30% of your results so prioritise your nutrition, hydration and sleep too.
