OVERVIEW
The New Year's Transformation Challenge is an 8-week challenge designed to transform your body & mind. It is perfect for those preparing for a bodybuilding competition or simply looking to get into tip-top shape.
This is an intense program I've developed from training over the past 9 years, taking into account my preparation for various competitions. When it comes to training, I am all about efficiency, longevity, and aesthetics - these are the key focus areas of this challenge.
Over the next 8 weeks, I'll provide daily workouts and a meal plan that takes the guesswork out of it. If you have experience bodybuilding or are just starting out, this is for you - we will target the specific muscles needed to create the perfect figure.
The 8 weeks will consist of two separate 4-week training protocols, that build upon one another, with a focus on progressive overload in each 4-week split. You will have the option to choose between a building or cutting protocol.
The challenge will be starting January 9th, with all of us following the same workout schedule through March 5, 2023. If you can't follow along with that exact schedule, that's okay too - you can go at your own pace.
In addition to the daily workouts, nutritional guidance, supplementation, & general education, we will have a private community area directly within the challenge where we can all hang out & encourage each other.
