Hi Shack Fam! So! Our first challenge was a HIIT (ha get it, I know, clever ANYWAY) so now we’re onto CHALLENGE #2 and this time we’re taking it to the gym!
This challenge will be 6 weeks long, 3 lower body workouts per week, along with 3 optional (JUST DO THEM :) lower body HIIT/cardio days. You are more than welcome to move days around if needed but I suggest leaving at least 1 day between each actual gym sesh so you have time to recover. Remember, just like the first challenge… go at your own pace and do what YOU can.

The app is great! I love that fact that i can work out based on my schedule. I admire seeing other women who are so motivated to do the same is a great environment to be a part of. I know that there were some things that needed to be fixed within the app (understanding the circuits), but over I’m really pleased with this app.

The design and set up for each workout is straightforward and very easy to understand. DEFINITELY MAKES YOU HAVE TO DIG DEEP TO FINISH! Workouts are simple but effective!
