Welcome to my new At Home Holy Grail Glute Guide! I'm so excited and thankful that you’re to be part of your journey! I have converted my gym program exercises to an at-home version, that way the girls/guys that don't have access to a gym or prefer to workout from home can be included in my Holy Grail Glute fitness regimen.

Most of these exercises will require the use of dumbbells and a bench (or any bench-like surface you can find in your home). I'm aware most of you won't have a full gym set-up in your homes, you will probably only have a pair of dumbbells, so the way we will challenge our muscles is with an increase in our sets/reps (because we won't be able to increase the weight like you would in a gym setting).

If you happen to have a lot more equipment in your home, feel free to use progressive overload with weights as well. Regardless of your home set-up, this challenge will burn your glutes (and all of the other muscle groups) the same way my other gym programs would! My name is Aimee. I’m 29 years old and have been obsessed with fitness and sports since I was a kid. I was the annoying kid at the beach that never wanted to lay down/relax and would make my friends throw a football or a frisbee around with me. I grew up in a very active/sport loving household which motivated me to pursue an active lifestyle as well. In highschool I used to run almost every night (for fun); I loved the runner’s high and how good I felt afterwards. Shortly after my college years I discovered the gym and ever since then I became addicted to the feeling and the environment of the gym. During the process of discovering my love for the gym, I decided to learn more and study personal training.
