I really like it! I’m a week in and I feel my glutes targeted in these exercises. I like that it works out a simple split for you to hit glues more than the typical. She encourages 7 days a week and with these exercises it makes it doable and enjoyable! I definitely think you get your moneys worth.

I didn’t believe I was showing any progress until other people pointed it out. My glutes DEFINITELY grew, and I noticed my waist actually toned up a bit too, so that was a plus. I will be repeating to continue seeing gains.

My name is Aimee. I’m 29 years old and have been obsessed with fitness and sports since I was a kid. I was the annoying kid at the beach that never wanted to lay down/relax and would make my friends throw a football or a frisbee around with me. I grew up in a very active/sport loving household which motivated me to pursue an active lifestyle as well. In highschool I used to run almost every night (for fun); I loved the runner’s high and how good I felt afterwards. Shortly after my college years I discovered the gym and ever since then I became addicted to the feeling and the environment of the gym. During the process of discovering my love for the gym, I decided to learn more and study personal training.
