week 1 down and loving it!!

I honestly love this program. It’s simple as in there’s not so many different exercises which makes it very overwhelming. Veronica’s progress and just her body type and natural approach, is what really drew me in. The only thing I would suggest is to maybe have some videos to each exercise for others to really focus on their form.
