We are so excited to introduce out 14-Day Abs and Booty Challenge! This 14-day challenge is perfect for the end of summer. Whether you're at the GYM or prefer working out at HOME, we've designed this challenge to tighten your core, improve endurance, and tone both your upper and lower body. 

The challenge is suitable for all fitness levels, and we have included guided demo videos for all 50+ exercises in our challenge app, as well as basic meal plan ideas to give you a general idea on how to meal prep moving forward. 

You'll also get access to a private community area where you’ll receive accountability, support and motivation from Nebby and myself, and embrace a positive mindset. The challenge is now open to men & women of all fitness levels
