I started my fitness journey 3 years ago with a trainer. 2 years in my trainer moved to Texas 😫 and I decided to continue my fitness journey on my own. I lost 85lbs and didn’t ever want to go back to my unhealthy ways. I was stuck and just winging my workouts. I came across Steph’s tik tok one day and I swear it was game changing for me. Steph has the closest body shape to my that I’ve ever came across. And she’s Latina. I started following and doing her workouts she would posts. I seen she was coming out with her Thick & Fit challenge and I was beyond excited. Her workouts and splits was everything I was looking for. I was able to do all the workouts she posted in the challenge. It was nothing outrageous or not achievable. The program was very well structured. All parts of the body were targeted each week. I have more definition in my arms and my booty is defined and fat. I lost 3 more lbs, finally breaking my plateau. I turned 40 in 2023 and I'm the most healthiest and fit I’ve been since HS. I’ve been following Stephanie on TikTok and she has been very transparent in her weight loss journey. Steph demonstrated all the obstacles and steps it takes to lose weight, as well as the challenges one may face during the process. Her motto it’s not a race it’s a marathon, that speaks volumes to me! As sometimes mentally you may lose track of your individual goals. You may eat bad, or not workout, but that’s okay. I don’t know how to fix my last review so I’m starting over - I found her on TikTok and was instantly amazed at her realness and weightloss journey and the results. That’s what made me want to join her first challenge the 21 day challenge. I started that challenge weighing in at 239lbs in August 2023. I finished that weighing in at 223 lbs that’s a 16lb weight loss that I worked hard at because I want this bad after so many years it’s time for me to get snatched and keep it that way. With my results from that challenge she came out with the 6 week program. With that program I started at 223 and weighed in as of this week at 214lbs 9 more pounds down: that’s alot of weight loss in a short period of time but it was so worth it. The 8 week snatched challenge is up next starting 1/8 whose with me let’s goooooo for 2024 and don’t stop thereafter - how bad do you want it is the bottom line. She’s got it for you but how bad do you any it ? First of all I love seeing a woman whose body resembles mine! Steph is beautiful and it served as a reminder of how beautiful my body is. Secondly, the community. Everyone was encouraging and just knowing I had to be accountable to these women helped my drive. I am loving the plan so far. I am currently in week 3. The workouts are challenging in a good way and has really pushed me to a new level with my gym life. I love that Steph is active in the online community with us as well. This will definitely be a program that I will be repeating. I will probably customize the plan a little more to my liking the second time around and add in some workouts that I like to do in combo with some of these. Overall I’m happy!! 😊
