PHYSIQUE GOAL:

TRAINING INTENSITY: EASY 

PROGRAM DETAILS

  • Great for beginners!

  • For weight loss or average sized people.

  • Daily workouts.

  • Sets, reps, exercises, form tips, & more

  • Not for bulkers, you must use HEAVY weights to gain muscle mass.

TRAINING DETAILS

  • 5 Days Training / Week + 2 rest days

  • Full Body Fat Burn Focus.

  • 2 ab workout days, 2 upper body days, 2 lower body days, 1 hiit day

Minimal equipment needed: 

  • One 18-25 lb kettle bell

  • pair of 3 lb dumbbell

  • pair of 12-15 lb dumbbell

  • one 30-50 lb dumbbell (for glutes) *optional but recommended*

  • yoga matt

If you cannot afford it all, please buy at least the 3 lb dumbbells & 15 lb dumbbells and do the other workouts that require other equipment without them. (results will vary but will still show if diet is consistent)

OVERVIEW

I am not going to lie to you guys and tell you this program was easy.. but I promise it will be WORTH IT! It is full-body focused and guaranteed to make you burn fat just like that! Although this program will help you towards your goal, you must remember that calorie deficit and healthy diet is key.

Strength + Pilates Princess Challenge

I loveee this workout plan than I expected! At first, I was hesitant because I used to do 3 glute/leg days then 1 upper/back with no specific type of exercise but now, I’m glad that I purchased this plan. Not only I learned how to relaxed my muscle during pilates workout, I also made my body feel more refreshed and flexible. I learned how to do side plank properly and able to manage to hold my own weight every time I do ab/core workout which is great because before I usually skip ab/core workout. Lol. Other than that, I think I’m more mindful about what I eat. I know I’m not that ‘strict’ yet about my weight goal but I saw significant improvement especially around my waist, back handles and my legs look more slimmer (what I preferred). Thank you Sivi and I’m grateful that I’m with great community I met through our group chat. I enjoyed talking to everyone and See you all next to new workout program. Xoxo, Alexis. 🫶🏽🧡

Sculpted Fall Pilates Challenge

Sivan does a great job providing support for women at all levels of Pilates. Her group chat gives us a healthy and supportive group to talk with about Pilates and so many other topics. Her videos are wonderful in the sense of providing visuals but also providing enough details that you feel like you know what you're doing and pushing us through every workout. I am so happy I signed up for this workout challenge and I can't wait to start my next one!
