I love that there are demonstration videos and notes on how to properly do each exercise. The community chat has helped me so much in staying accountable. Seeing everyone post their progress gives me motivation to complete my workouts. Karissa has been so helpful and giving with the extra content to guide those of us who are new or getting back into the gym.
