Welcome everybody! Many of you were asking for a new shred program, so I’m glad I could create one for you! I’ve designed this program with new exercises, sets & rep ranges based on things I've learned from my coaches over the past couple years. The protocol in this program is based specifically on the same core lifts I've been doing over the last 6-12 months to get ready for my competitions. 

Even when you're building muscle, I recommend trying to stay lean for the following reasons:

  1. Our bodies are more efficient without excess fat, so it enables us to build muscle more efficiently and keep our hormones in check
  2. It allows us to visually see the muscle we are putting on and keeps us motivated
  3. It means we don’t have to do an aggressive cut to get shredded again - this is crucial because it can be difficult to retain muscle during aggressive cutting cycles
