I am so excited to be introducing my Ora Fit Core Program:

My biggest goal in creating this program is to not only challenge your midsection, but challenge your mind. I will be giving you my blueprint ⚡️ & exercises I’ve been doing on a consistent basis to define my abs along with functional core movements you should incorporate into your routine . The exercises l've compiled are guaranteed to strengthen and tone your abdominal muscles, but that doesn't come without hard work.

Part of that hard work is what you put in your body, which is why l've chosen to include my Ultimate Nutrition Guide which will help you maximize your results and reach your goals.

We will be training 3xs per week , an additional 4th day will be optional . It is best to complete the exercises at the end of your lifting workout, or on an active rest day after cardio.
