OVERVIEW
Over my last 30 years of training, I've consistently been approached with questions about exercise, weightlifting, growing muscles, nutrition, & so much more. I've always thought about putting out some training programs for you all, but wanted it to be perfect before releasing anything. I'm so fired up that I was finally able to create this program the right way - with all the key foundational fitness, nutrition, & lifestyle advice in one place.
The principles in this program are based on the same data, research, & principles used in training + speaking with celebrity clients & friends like Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Priyanka Chopra, Mickey Rourke, & many others.
The Ultimate Fitness Program is a collection of all the most important principles that will allow you to level up your performance in the gym, out of the gym, and in every day life. In the Program, we have included an introduction section that contains an overview of the key fitness, nutrition, & lifestyle principles that will get you 90% of the way there.
Following this intro section, we've included two 16-week training protocols with specific exercises, sets, reps, rest ranges, form tips, & more that you can follow to level up your fitness. These programs are based on science-backed principles & the latest research for both muscle growth & fat loss. One of the programs is geared towards beginners / intermediates and calls for 3 days training per week. The other is geared towards advanced individuals and calls for 6 days training per week.
Both programs are meant to keep it fun in the gym so you're excited about training each week. They also provide different principles that will allow you to keep training over time in a way that allows you to keep making progress & building muscle and/or losing fat, depending upon your goals.
You can feel free to choose whichever of these fits your goals best and adjust over time as you progress.
My goal with this program is to give you everything you need to level up both your physique and general fitness & nutrition knowledge, from beginner to advanced OR advanced to expert.
