I have been very happy with Julia’s Challenge and the Group. It is a wonderful workout program for beginners like me to be able to build strength and confidence in their bodies. The benefits are numerous. After Several weeks I am stronger and eager to meet the next day’s challenge. The writing exercises are an added bonus. Making time for self reflection is needed in today’s world. I also see how I am creating healthy habits in exercise and food choices. Thank you Julia for making this beginning workout program affordable and accessible.

I purchased this programme after completing volume one, which I thoroughly enjoyed and achieved some get results from. Julia is an absolute inspiration, and encourages everyone with her kindness, compassion and her own true grit for consistency! I would reccomend this programme to anyone!

Loved the simple yet effective exercises for core, arms, legs, and mindset!! They were a great reentry point for me and after only a week my arms are getting more solid. The best part was the motivation it gave me to get back on my bike for my daily cardio. I can’t wait for the next level, with the consistency and community of this program, I feel confident and ready to workout every single day. Thank you!!!

I really enjoyed all the elements of the challenge and am especially feeling the difference in my muscles and energy level. It's not too difficult but it's also no joke. The group of women are amazing support and love, love their humor and suggestions. Looking forward to volume 2! Until then, I am starting vol #1 again. Thanks for doing this, Julia!

Love this workout program! I am 59 and just getting back into working out again. The “community” is a great group of ladies who support each other through advice or just to be there for emotional support. There is an “add on” nutritional plan for an additional cost if needed. So happy the I decided to so this!!

I like the program, and the core work is challenging. I modified some exercise based on my PT's recommendation for some chronic conditions and hypermobility, but overall I like everything and feel excite to see how I improve.

Hello! The exercises are good, but they lack a warm-up beforehand. On the other hand, I think that for someone who has never done it or is not used to it, it can cause injuries. In any case, I like it and I feel motivated, but for the title it has, I think it could be more complete, including other things, unless it goes from less to more and at the end you feel fab after 40.

I would like the video of the move to loop instead of playing twice and stopping. I would like a little more instruction for some of the moves. I find myself going to YouTube a lot to get instructional videos.
