Some of the most common questions I get are: Kat, what is your training split? How can I burn fat and get that lean physique? How can I enhance my delt & leg definition? 

My goals for this program are to help you gain confidence in the gym & get that physique you've always dreamed of. We'll be using dropsets, tempo differentiations, switching up heavy vs. light sets, and working different angles / positioning to maximize muscle definition across the body. 

I created this program directly from my favorite training split: 

  • 3 upper body

  • 2 lower body

  • 2 rest days / week

The split is the same each week, with the goal of progressively overloading the muscles for a 6-week period.

1 week down, 5 to go. Super excited. I hurt my hamstring prior to starting this program so I’ll have to skip/take it easy on leg days, but this is my first PPL program and so far I’m loving it :) excited to build the back!
