Hi! My name is Kat and I am starting my hybrid journey!! I designed this program so we could be in this together! The primary goal over the next 10 weeks is for all of us to reach the goal of running 10 miles!!

Over these next 10 weeks, we want to make sure we’re still gaining strength and size in the gym as well, which is why there will be both running and strength training (powerbuilding) programs included.

I want you guys to know that we are in this TOGETHER, and this is the exact program I will be following to achieve the goal of 10 miles while preserving muscle mass and gaining strength in the gym. I think having this community will hold us all accountable, and keep us motivated on our hybrid athlete journeys.

1 week down, 5 to go. Super excited. I hurt my hamstring prior to starting this program so I’ll have to skip/take it easy on leg days, but this is my first PPL program and so far I’m loving it :) excited to build the back!
