I told myself that during one of my cardio sessions. I got sick of my negative thoughts! It’s easy to often feel defeated when we are faced with a challenge.

We sometimes forget why we even started.

As I am currently in preparation for the Olympia (my 7th!), I have had my fair share of adversity. It was time for me to change my perspective.

I have not won an Olympia yet, but I have won over 1000 of “I’m so tired” , cardio sessions, hungry nights, another rep, one more set…

My journey is a collection of wins. They are my wins, that makes me who I am on that One Day : a Winner.

From what I have understood : You don’t have to be perfect to be successful. You need to know you have done everything you could've done.

How It Works

Once you sign up, you’ll gain instant access to the challenge mobile app, a private community, and the welcome area. Leading up to October 7th, we’ll be hanging out in the community, introducing ourselves, and motivating each other.

Important Dates:

October 4th: The workout program will be released in the app (3 days before the official start).
October 7th: The challenge begins! You’ll track your sets, reps, weights, and progress in the app.
October 11th: Deadline to upload 3 "before" photos (front, side, back) by 11:59pm ET.
November 22nd: Deadline to upload 3 "after" photos by 11:59pm ET.

You’ll also have lifetime access to the app and community, allowing you to repeat the program as often as you'd like.
