This challenge was so good! I loved being able to measure my progress week after week and learned what my body is really capable of. I don't know if I'll do the full challenge again but I'll definitely revisit it a week at a time!

Elise did a great job creating this program and was always available if anyone had questions/concerns regarding the moves and also the app! Cant wait to see another challenge from her!!

This program got me back into a consistency mode and helped me stay accountable. It was basic enough movements that I was able to build as the program went. Affordable for what you get and reasonable length. I like that we get to keep the program forever too.

I loved several aspects about this program. The 6 week duration felt like a doable achievement. I’ve not worked out for a while, so something with no completion seemed daunting. This helped kick me into gear and get me back into working out with the *achievement* of completion. I liked that the moves were simple and with home equipment. The days could also be flexed a bit. Initially I wasn’t thrilled that it was the same moves each week BUT then I got the excitement of seeing my increases over the weeks. It makes me want to do programs like that going forward. I also like that I can continue with this another 6+weeks if I wanted. The community aspect was nice as well. Elise was so responsive and supportive of everyone in the community.
