OVERVIEW
Over the last several years, I've received countless questions about exercise, weightlifting, growing muscles, nutrition, & so much more. I've always done my best to respond to these questions on social media and address them in my posts, but so many of you have asked for something a little more detailed and structured that you can use as a baseline for building muscle OR losing fat.
