HELLO!! I’m so happy you all are here!! I seriously am so excited to begin this. The reason I wanted to start this three-week challenge was because when I first started running, every program was either boring or intimidating.

So welcome to THE KINDA FUN RUNNING PROGRAM FOR PEOPLE WHO HATE RUNNING!!! (I picked that name because it's funny okay.) Hopefully, over the next three weeks, you can all discover that running can genuinely be fun and enjoyable. I also have crafted this so that it is not intimidating and you can easily fit it into your busy lives. And let’s be honest, if you STILL don’t like running at the end of then, then all good, no sweat you can say you tried!! I’m just so happy that you all made the decision to join in!
