I am so excited to announce the 6AM Gym Girl: Watch Me Work, my Summer edition challenge. The 6AM Gym Girl series is carefully designed to help you develop the fundamental skills required & build discipline to flourish in your heath & fitness journey.

This Watch Me Work challenge has two main objectives:

1. Total body, multifunctional transformation to get you leaned out for summer.

2. Learn to just get it done! This challenge is about discipline & committing to yourself, your health.

Can't wait to get started with you all on June 3rd. And this challenge also includes a very special guest coach, Aaron who will be helping guide us in this journey.

REQUIREMENTS

✔️ This challenge is gym based and I strongly recommend doing it in the gym to participate in the challenge prize. For those who would like to do the challenge without going to the gym, you are more than welcome as it is still a very effective challenge that’ll help you reach your fitness goals.

✔️ Participants must be open to being raw and authentic while sharing their journey so that they can serve as an inspiration to others. Including myself.

✔️ Although there will be rest days, participants must be ready to dedicate 4 weeks to themselves and fully commit to their betterment.
