"For this challenge I started off with all at home workouts for the 1st two weeks and then did the gym workouts for the last 2 weeks of workouts. This challenge was different from the first time around. I was 6 months postpartum when I started and I definitely could tell the difference between my fitness level and the two programs. After this program I felt stronger and definitely felt myself improve as the weeks went by. Having an exclusively breastfed infant made it more challenging to do the fasted cardio at the gym because I only had a set amount of time. So I did fasted cardio at home majority of the time. By week 4 I did two rounds of fasted HIIT routine every maming. I know that if it would have done fasted cardio in the gym (sprints or stair stepper) my results would have been even better. I really enjoyed this program over the first one. The meal plan was more concise and it made finding the right meals easier in my opinion. Also the workouts were easily laid out and I liked being able to follow along with each move. With this plan if you follow il, it will work! This was the push that I needed to get back in my best shape and will continue following this plan for months to come. It is challenging but very effective! I really enjoyed testing out this program and will definitely suggest it to anyone who asks. I am happy with my results, but I know i have more work to do! Below are my after photos.
