"For this challenge I started off with all at home workouts for the 1st two weeks and then did the gym workouts for the last 2 weeks of workouts. This challenge was different from the first time around. I was 6 months postpartum when I started and I definitely could tell the difference between my fitness level and the two programs. After this program I felt stronger and definitely felt myself improve as the weeks went by. Having an exclusively breastfed infant made it more challenging to do the fasted cardio at the gym because I only had a set amount of time. So I did fasted cardio at home majority of the time. By week 4 I did two rounds of fasted HIIT routine every maming. I know that if it would have done fasted cardio in the gym (sprints or stair stepper) my results would have been even better. I really enjoyed this program over the first one. The meal plan was more concise and it made finding the right meals easier in my opinion. Also the workouts were easily laid out and I liked being able to follow along with each move. With this plan if you follow il, it will work! This was the push that I needed to get back in my best shape and will continue following this plan for months to come. It is challenging but very effective! I really enjoyed testing out this program and will definitely suggest it to anyone who asks. I am happy with my results, but I know i have more work to do! Below are my after photos. Thank you soooo much for this program! it is sincerely the TRUTH! struggled for so long to jump back into fitness and it felt like a losing battle, but this program gave me the results I needed to help me remain consistent. These are all gym workouts. Once I hit 40 it became harder, and especially these last two years during the pandemic really did a number on me with stress and I gained 50 lbs. Last year I tried to get a hold of it and tried Noom and actually lost about 15 lbs but it did NOT look like this, I was still struggling, so I easily put it back on. On this program, followed the meal suggestions, drank lots of water, consumed protein and healthy carbs in addition to lots of veggies, and did they workouts which was my biggest struggle because it's been years since actually worked out. I modified what I could but kept going no matter what. I'm grateful to have remained consistent because Im still going and now down 21 lbs, but probably will join the next challenge to motivate me to work on my discipline. Results from January's challenge! This was my 3rd time doing this challenge and I finally succeeded! I definitely had more motivation! I was the Maid of Honor in my sisters wedding yesterday and was determined to fit into my dress!! Round 2 starting tomorrow!! Keep pushing ladies we go this!!!! Edit: Whoops I forgot to put what I did! Home workout!! With fasted cardio Monday-Friday! I started my day and ended my day with peppermint tea! A gallon of water with lemon everyday! Meal prepping was a life saver for me! For breakfast, I would have oatmeal with banana or a premier protein shake with banana. For lunch, I would have ground turkey with garlic and onion powder with either sweet peas or broccoli. I would add sweet potatoes every other day. For snack, I would have the frozen mixed berries from Walmart with the blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries or apple and peanut butter. For dinner, I would have salmon with hot sauce, spinach, and mushrooms. Every Wednesday I would let myself have a cheat meal and a dessert to keep myself sane lol lol. My cheat meal was a 1/4 chicken with rice and beans from Pollo Tropical. (It’s my favorite fast food place lol) The one I go to is heavy handed on the rice so I would only eat half of the rice. My dessert was their sugar cookie.
