Amazing! Only been a week and I’m already seeing serious improvement!

It's okay, missing basic things such as how often to go to failure, what the point of each exercise is, meal timing, best foods to eat. Brodie if you're reading this I would recommended looking at one of John Meadows PDF plans like Creeping death 2.0 or Gamma Bomb. masterclass on how to make once of these.

Loved the workouts from day one. Can’t wait to do another 6 weeks

Honestly I did not try this workout, but I did read through each workout and toke the tips that I can use and applied them to how Iv been training, I learned and im happy with that, for $20 it’s absolutely worth it especially if your new it will teach you at least what to expect when working out and how to get it done in a proper format. Thanks for the experience.
