I loved the importance of nourishing your body as being the main focus and not just losing weight! It truly made this challenge super intentional and about all the right things health wise. I didn’t realize how much the community group chat would motivate me even on days that were tough. This program really improves you physically and mentally. Highly recommend! 🥹

I absolutely love this program. This is what I needed to start my 2025 strong. I will be continuing this program for 8 more weeks. I feel so strong and motivated to keep making progress. This whole experience from the moment of seeing Brenda told us that she was going to drop a 30 day challenge, I was very excited. I had previously seen her progress at her last challenge and it motivated me to do show up for myself this time around. Brenda has created such a great group of girlies with inspiring goals/dreams. Every single one of them have been so supportive and kind with each other. It really was a very safe- no judgement group. Sometimes it’s very hard to get out of your comfort zone and post pictures, comments, post where everyone can read and feel like someone might judge, might say something negative but this was the complete opposite. I have really learned to love the progress, to share my struggles, and to be positive light to everyone in this community. This challenge was definitely hard when life throws stuff at you, but it’s not impossible especially when you feel so supportive. Overall, I’m so thankful and grateful for this challenge, the community of girls that I shared this journey with, and lastly but not least… Brenda!!❤️ you have been an inspiration, empowering, and caring throughout this journey. I will continue to cheer you on in every moment and can’t wait to do the next challenge!! 🫶🏽

Absolutely loved everything about this challenge! It was so well organized, eliminated so much gym anxiety due to having everyday planned out and knowing what to expect. The videos were great and I found the warm ups super helpful because I did not have a set warm up routine for before my workouts. The community part was truly amazing! Supporting one another and lifting each other’s spirits was everything 🥹. Sharing each other’s experiences, proud moments, and struggles made all the difference! Thank you Brenda for sharing your passion with us and being such an inspiration to create the best version of ourselves. I hesitated joining this challenge because I wasn’t sure I would stick to it and I proved myself I’m totally capable and that’s a great feeling. Cannot wait for the next challenge!! Thanks so much Brenda- you exceeded my expectations and I will definitely recommend this to my friends!

I loved this challenge so much! It was exactly what I needed. The community was unmatched and I really liked the structure of it and how all of it was very attainable when you set your mind to it. I also loved how accessible the workouts and resources were and how they were organized in the app. I would definitely do another challenge from Brenda again and recommend it to all my friends 💖

By far the best fitness program ever. absolutely looking forward to joining any other challenge Brenda decides to create. The Rise and Thrive 30 day challenge changed my life for the better and I promise I am not exaggerating! Not only did this challenge help my physical health, it also helped my mental health. I’ve struggled staying consistent with a routine for the whole 2 years I have been working out, and just within the 2nd week of this challenge, my routine has become consistent, and even on days where I dread going to the gym I still manage to show up because of the discipline this challenge has instilled in me. The amount of compliments I have received from my friends and family noticing not only my physical changes in losing weight and gaining muscle but how I am so happy constantly now. I enjoy getting my 10k step daily, incorporating cardio during my week has become a nonnegotiable, and i actually enjoy working out abs too (SHOCKER!!! because before this challenge i would workout abs 3 times a year and be so over it lol) Thank you so much for this challenge Brenda, I needed this push so bad and it was the best purchase of this year so far. Purchasing any program Brenda creates is literally the best investment you can do for yourself!!

The Rise and Thrive Challenge with Brenda was beneficial and motivated me to get back on track for the new year. I loved the community group chat where if you wanted you could share your journey, ask questions or just follow along in the chat. What I enjoyed most was the structure of the workouts and tracking my progress. This was my first ever challenge and I can say I would do the challenge again as Brenda was also a motivational mentor/coach. Overall seeing my results in just 30 days keeps me motivated and disciplined to continue my journey on becoming strong confident and healthy!

This challenge is now my new gym routine. In Brenda’s 4 week challenge I’ve gotten stronger lifted more weight and seen a difference in my body so just IMAGINE what I’ll look like if I’m consistent with this plan. I loved the challenge with Brenda! It was such a great way to start the new year with new habits and having a community to stay motivated and disciplined was so great. The workouts and structure was good, I could tell it was thoughtfully put together by Brenda who actually has tried the workouts herself, not just random workouts put together. One feature I would love to see on Solin is the ability to get notifications about who has commented or mentioned you so that we can follow up and respond to others. It’s so hard to scroll back down and find what I’ve commented on or who’s commented on my posts. Another great feature would be to have location based group chats so that we can potentially meet new friends in real life in our local cities! I would LOVE another similar challenge, 8 weeks to really push ourselves and stay committed.

REALLY disappointed. I don't like how all 4 weeks had the same exact workout. Other programs I've done were a lot less expensive and had a dynamic workout for the 4 weeks. I feel like I got ripped off. Especially for the price that we paid and what we got do not add up. She came up with one workout for 4 weeks. I would have loved the challenge a lot more if there were a variety of workouts throughout the month. Not continuously doing the same thing.
