Hi there I’m Bre and welcome to my page. I have been a fitness athlete for over 11 years now strictly focusing on body building. Having had a smaller, dancer body prior to weight lifting— I have transformed into my own body goals. With the techniques I demonstrate in my programs you too can be your own body goals. As a new mother I understand the need for a timely workout routine. That said all of my workouts can be completed in roughly 45 minutes. I can't wait for you to join my challenges!
