My whole life I would blame my physique on my genetics while sitting around not doing anything to change it. Finding an excuse and something to blame was always the easiest way instead of making a change. A little over two years ago I decided it was time to be happy with the man I saw in the mirror. I went through many trials and errors and have finally found what works. This past year I have studied day in and day out.
