This was my first time purchasing her workout program but definitely won’t be my last. Of the countless programs I’ve purchased in the past hers was by far my favorite. The workouts were very challenging but very fitting to the workout style I like as her program wasn’t filled with the unnecessary hopping, skipping and jumping some trainings often include. The best results I’ve had so during a challenge. I have and will 100% continue to recommend her!

I have loved this challenge so much! As someone who has done several fitness challenges over the years, this one is by far my favorite one so far. The workouts are incredible! It’s not just cookie cutter exercises…Andika has genuinely done such a good job of putting these workouts together. The meal plan is insane. There is so much value in helping people calculate their own macros and the recipes are delicious! Nothing boring about this program. I am only half way through now and I can practically feel my glutes popping through my jeans 😂🍑

They workouts are great and the meal recommendations/supplements definitely make a difference. She also show you how to keep the correct form while doing the exercises. My only dislike is a few of the workouts under ‘at home’ still need gym equipment but most you can do with the listed equipment. The course is well worth the money.

This product is great! The resources are very useful (recipes, supplement info, community chat). I have been able to power through all of the workouts thus far and this is the perfect challenge for women that exercise regularly, but need an extra boost to turn their workouts up a notch!

The workouts are great! They are challenging yet easy enough to keep me going. I am learning new ways to work with my body. I also enjoy the core workouts, working that area of my body is my weakness and I am feel more and confident in my abilities everyday. I also love how the workouts are made to compliment my body and look forward to getting through the entire challenge. I can’t wait to see the results. The only thing I would suggest is more tech and glitch related to the app. I suggest no sounds on the videos, and maybe creating a feature where we can still play our music on the phone while playing the video. To not stop us in our tracks.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase, for most of my life I have struggled with disordered eating and food in general. I happened upon this cookbook via instagram and the food looked so good! I had recently decided to cancel all my meal subscription service and try to cook on my own. This cookbook came at the right time! I highly enjoyed the recipes I’ve tried so far, super easy and delicious. Pancake recipe will now be a go to staple! And the eggs bites were better than Starbucks! Also the chicken gyro and Tz sauce were fabulous! It’s helped bring confidence to cooking for myself! Thanks so much Andika! Keep doing great things!

This challenge and the challenge before has changed my life for the better...fom being more aware of my food choices, completing workouts I thought I could never complete and looking and feeling strong. I also no longer have chronic back pain. I suffered from lower back pain every single day before the first challenge. Some things I do not like about this challenge is the lack of engagement from Andika. Communication is like once a week but it's a very reasonable program so I can understand the limited communication. On the other hand the community is very engaging and encouraging and is a big reason this works. Some of the at home workouts are a little difficult to do at home as well. I purchased this challenge because I purchased and completed the cut and curvy fall 2024 4 week challenge and saw some changes.

I’ve made a couple recipes in the book so far and I’m excited to keep going through the meal and smoothie recipes. I have noticed spelling/grammar errors in the book that I’m surprised weren’t caught in editing. And one of the recipes suggested temperature for the oven setting & time to bake was way off so I’ll have to use my best judgment with certain things moving forward. But altogether I think the recipes are a great place for me to start in terms of cooking more protein dense and flavorful food.

The menu needs to be interchangeable or atleast give the breakdown of Fat/Protein/Carbs so we can change it up. Also, it's not for beginners. Modifications would be very helpful and 1.5 hours to complete a workout is a bit much in my opinion. I know it says 60 mins but that is for people who are used to working out.

I purchased based on foods in the post. 🤷🏾♀️ However I didn’t see any of those items that prompted me to want to purchase the cookbook. (i.e. Philly cheesesteak, mangonada & apple pie protein shake, killer bread w/avocado-boiled eggs-seasons unknown, crusted chicken-seasons unknown, taco salad, etc….) It was only one cookbook to choose from. Where are those recipes🤦🏾♀️ I hope to enjoy these recipes but it’s not what I thought I was purchasing 😔

I was of the impression the program included at least one session or zoom that allowed interaction with the trainer. The supplement list was vast and I wish it told us what to get first then add as the program progressed. I guess no program will assist with the constant battle of getting started and sticking with it, only I have the power to do so. 😔
