I just completed the SHRED X 60 Day Challenge with Alex, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I lost 9 lbs, feel more toned, and have so much more energy now. The workouts were challenging but manageable, and Alex’s guidance and motivation kept me on track throughout the program. It’s amazing how much progress I’ve made in just 60 days. Highly recommend this challenge to anyone looking to transform their fitness, energy levels, and overall well-being!

I'm really impressed! The workout routines were well-designed and organized, offering a great mix of exercises that targeted different areas of my core. Very easy to navigate. This program goes hard! I ended up losing 8 pounds but probably could have lost more if I stuck my meal preps. Will definitely do this again after the holidays as a shred program!!

If you're looking to challenge yourself in a workout program, you've found the right one. Whether you're a beginner or you workout regularly and you're committed to results in 8 weeks, try this. This program allowed me to break out of my comfort zone and work through the pain. Not going to lie, the first week is tough but it's all worth it once you get through it. Dedication and discipline will get you the results you want! Best part, you have lifetime unlimited access and can repeat/restart whenever you want! Demo videos and being able to contact the creator with questions has been a bonus too. You won't regret it.

Before this challenge I caught covid for 3 weeks and I had a tough time looking at myself in the mirror after not working out for a while. I have always been fit and tough-minded so I decided it was time to get to my old self. I saw this challenge on IG and decided this was the perfect opportunity to get back to my old self. I am one week away from finishing the 60 Day Shred Challenge and I am so thankful that I started this challenge. It has given me my fit and healthy body back as well as helped me with my confidence and mental toughness. The results are crazy and I can’t wait to have you guys see them! THIS IS THE REAL DEAL!

Ive always yo yo with my weight and fitness goal! I’ve done a few courses online so before this I get bored easily. This challenge with Alex helped me be more Mindful of mobility and start using more of body weight and HIiT workouts! Highly recommend for any fitness level as it did kick my ass to gear! The layout is easy to Follow and when u think u have it all figured out, the cycles kicks ur butt!

I'm on week 2 of the challenge. What I like best about this challenge is that it actually feels like I'm being challenged, I'm being pushed and thats something I've been missing lately in my workout routine. I'm looking forward to becoming stronger and my results!

I would like more weights involved and some days in one week are the same. I wish every day is different. Comunity is very slow, not many are posting. Some days feel short, i prefer 45” and 15 cardio. Days when is 30 and 30 is not much me. But i only did one week.So lets see what is coming
