PROGRAM GUIDELINES

  • Warm-Up: 5-7 minutes dynamic warm-up before each session

  • Workout Structure: Circuit training, 3 sets of 10-12 reps per exercise or time based per exercise & 60 sec rest & repeat 2 more sets

  • Rest Days: Alternating focus on upper, lower and oblique abdominals to avoid overtraining the same muscles

  • Cardio Finish: 20 minutes of cardio after each workout

  • Static stretch: 5-7 mins after cardio

  • Equipment: Dumbbells (light-to-medium weight) and bodyweight

Ive always yo yo with my weight and fitness goal! I’ve done a few courses online so before this I get bored easily. I would like more weights involved and some days in one week are the same. I wish every day is different. Comunity is very slow, not many are posting. Some days feel short, i prefer 45” and 15 cardio. Days when is 30 and 30 is not much me. But i only did one week.So lets see what is coming
