I like keeping track of my workout it makes it easier to breakdown. I also like the notify how on much I lifted for that workout. Keeps me motivated.

I like that the app tracks progress. There’s more than one selection of workouts. You can do them at home which is great because I don’t have the confidence for the gym yet.

Lexi is great, her progress alone was enough for me to sign up, but in addition the app itself is easy to use. I don’t have fb (which many group challenges are based) so I’m just relieved I have a platform that I’m comfortable with, supportive community and motivated coach.

I’ve really needed to get a grip and get back at it as my weight has skyrocketed. I started browsing and scrolling through Instagram and saw many before and after type pages but Alexis stood out for whatever reason. I saw that she had this challenge that started. It was affordable and has options to do whether you are in the gym or at home. I love the flexibility. The community engagement is fantastic with supportive women. I’ve enjoyed it so far.

The challenge is so much fun and everyone is so encouraging.

I LOVED all of the workouts that Alexis provided. Though I wasn’t consistent on my end, I was only doing her workouts for the 8 weeks when I could and STILL seen major differences. I could only imagine what her workouts could do for me if I was 100% committed. Definitely going to buy another program!

Honestly, there are no dislikes at all. This was one of the best coaches I've worked with in a while and the experience was magnificent. Alexis has been amazing, consistent, and dedicated from start to finish. She was very hands-on and knew what she was doing. She inspired us every day and reminded us that we can do anything we want and to always give ourselves grace. I am looking forward to working with her again in the future. I loved this challenge. It definitely challenged me as a whole with my consistency. But In the end better habits were acquired and though my results weren’t drastic you can still see how affective it was. And big thanks to Alexis, she is such a sweetheart, definitely has a beautiful soul. Big thanks to her! Just happy I could be apart of this, can’t wait for the next challenge ! 💪🏾
