Has great workouts in this challenge but I wish it included a warm up, cool down, and a bonus exercise after each workout for an extra push! Only week 1 but ready to see my core strengthen once I complete the challenge.

As a beginner, sometimes I wish the videos explained the correct form, but love everything else!
