I absolutely loved this 6 week challenge. I lost 5 lb body fat and feel so much more confident in my abilities to lift weights. The warm ups helped with the pain I’d usually get from not stretching before my workouts. I still log on to use the workout splits even though the challenge is over!

It was such a great challenge! She encouraged me to push myself and keep my accountable for going to the gym! She also was amazing at giving alternatives if we wanted to workout from home! I saw an amazing difference in myself! Thank u for this challenge, I'm ready for another!

It was a super fun class! It was nice being apart of a group! And it pushed me to get it done everyday and stay accountable! I feel great and notice a difference in my back/butt!

This is a really well crafted program to optimize muscle mass, strength gains, and overall fitness. I started to feel and see a difference after just one week. The best part is that Victoria is right there every step of the way as your knowledgeable personal trainer and friendliest cheerleader.
