The exercises are great. It is showing me different areas I really need to focus on when I'm done with this challenge. Also, the exercises are easy to adjust when you aren't able to get to the gym.

Before I would go to the gym unsure of what to do. This program has all workout planned so it easier and I alway feel eager to go. I also love that we have access to all the workouts after the program so I can mix and match and add if I need to in the future

First week down! I’m really enjoying the challenge. I’ve been excited to get the workout done everyday. I like how simple they’ve made it as well. The short clip videos make it much easier and enjoyable.

I've never bought a fitness program, so I was worried about it not being worth what I paid for it, but I take my hats off to Ms. Taliyah! The only difference between my routine now and her program is that I have to go to the gym an extra day. Her workouts are perfectly crafted to target all the areas you need, with great amounts of reps and sets. It was very easy to incorporate into my current routine and I'm excited to finish all six weeks! My only comment would be to add in weight recommendations for those bulking, cutting, toning, etc. Thanks, Taliyah!

I loved the program itself, I just wish there was more interaction from the creators. I joined because of them. I get they have lives but.. idk. I think collectively we would have really enjoyed that. Great program overall.

I really love the workout plans and calculated weight lifted at the end it’s very satisfying and gratifying. I just wish a meal plan was included something vegetarian and something that anyone can follow.

Great variety of workouts that targets the full body. The tutorial videos are helpful but would be more helpful if the video explained the workout and highlighted the target muscle.

Only feedback is to make the workout plan more inclusive. Some of the equipment required is not something a lot of people would have access to without a full gym membership. A plan where anyone can do or a plan with built in alternatives would be great. There were some typos and a missing video. Since people are paying for it, I would prefer a thorough Q/A before going live. It comes across as if there wasn’t as much intention behind building this out.

Added with my other workout regimen it’s great . Alone not so much I don’t believe it’s made for different levels of fitness. It’s more for beginners . It does has a variety but that is limited to gym only . It has no variety for those who have a home gym . So for others I Venice this is amazing for me it gives me more work trying to create various options without gym equipment. It’s also again beginner level and recent injury recovery friendly . Apologies for my English it isn’t my first language. These workout are definitely light day workout options for any advanced athletes. That isn’t focused when talking about this workout program I wish it were . But I’m very happy for the price I added a whole other routine to my routine.

My gym was not equipped for most of the excercises. Equipment to be used should listed at start of the program and modified or alternate excercises would be nice. Spent way to much online trying to find substitute excercises.
