I really like this program!! It’s super effective and doesn’t take much time. A lot of effort in a short amount of time. I can tell I’ve had a great work out.

I've never bought a fitness program, so I was worried about it not being worth what I paid for it, but I take my hats off to Ms. Taliyah! The only difference between my routine now and her program is that I have to go to the gym an extra day. Her workouts are perfectly crafted to target all the areas you need, with great amounts of reps and sets. It was very easy to incorporate into my current routine and I'm excited to finish all six weeks! My only comment would be to add in weight recommendations for those bulking, cutting, toning, etc. Thanks, Taliyah!

Great variety of workouts that targets the full body. The tutorial videos are helpful but would be more helpful if the video explained the workout and highlighted the target muscle.

Added with my other workout regimen it’s great . Alone not so much I don’t believe it’s made for different levels of fitness. It’s more for beginners . It does has a variety but that is limited to gym only . It has no variety for those who have a home gym . So for others I Venice this is amazing for me it gives me more work trying to create various options without gym equipment. It’s also again beginner level and recent injury recovery friendly . Apologies for my English it isn’t my first language. These workout are definitely light day workout options for any advanced athletes. That isn’t focused when talking about this workout program I wish it were . But I’m very happy for the price I added a whole other routine to my routine.
