Honestly, I've been training almost all my life. From fitness to bodybuilding and I can say, this training program from Mr. Wad made me go back and focus on the fundamentals. What I mean by that is adjust realistic amounts of weight where you can properly complete the isolation sets and reps with proper form. Also I totally quit going to the gym and created my home gym with all the necessary equipment to stick to this workout plan. Yes will change it up after completion but keep things pretty basic. Love to thank Mr Wad personally as it really guided me back in the right direction. ๐๐ป

Loving it...sort of put me back in focus on not unnecessary going over heavier weight rather than focus on form and keep muscles under tension.

Hello Solin team I'm really satisfied with the program till now, the lower body had me walking like a toddler though ๐ I need to know about the nutrition as I'm not so sure what to eat and what not to eat, I'm eating healthy and protein focused foods and a little of cards and fats. Is that OK or I need to change it? Thank you Solin team Keep the pump on ๐ช

Enjoying so far, but needs improvement. For example: as a beginner I can not do pull ups yet.

I think the app and the exercises i'm doing are great but where are the AB exercises for this - as shown in other vids or advertisements -

It doesn't have abs workout or cardio workout, it is pathetic
