Before I started this program I was fairly new to the gym, I didn't know what the most optimal workout programs and best exercises for muscle and strength growth. After completing this program, I have noticed decent changes in my phyisiques and also my strength has gone up. The workout program that focuses on one/little muscle group per workout, works a lot better so far than what I had before and I will say I am very satisfied with it! I have come to the conclusion that I will start the cycle again on using a similar workout split, but just change a few exercises to change it up a bit. 5/5 would recommend this workout program!

I havent started on the program yet, but I read through the details and downloaded the workout plan. So far, it looks very good and I am very excited to try out this 8 week plan and hopefully I will be able to see results!

I haven’t seen any progress but it hasn’t been a full week but I don’t think I have a good diet
